The farm's organically grown olives are used to produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil. You can purchase Podere le Olle's oil in the farm shop or taste it in the dishes served in the farm stay's restaurant.
Book a table at Podere Le Olle's intimate little restaurant (open on Saturday evenings and by reservation only) and get ready to experience delicious home cooking, served by candlelight, in the dining room or, in the summer months, by the pool.
Podere Le Olle's breakfast of homemade breads, cakes and yogurt, and fresh free range eggs is served in the breakfast room in the garden overlooking the valley.
Outdoors, in Umbria
Although you could quite easily spend your whole holiday at Podere Le Olle lazing by the pool in the farm stay's gorgeous garden, it would be a shame to miss the opportunity to experience the area's thermal waters - in the nearby spa towns of San Casciano ai Bagni and Chianciano.
For sporty types, there are numerous trekking routes in the vicinity as well as riding stables and a golf club.
