Since the late18th century, the restaurant has been serving customers the finest Umbrian cuisine, prepared with the excellent produce for which this green and fertile region of Italy is rightly famous.

Truffles, mushrooms, sausages and cheese from Norcia, trout caught in the lake, and Chianina beef 'imported' from neighboring Tuscany, are guaranteed to tantalize the tastebuds. Meals are served in the large dining room or, outside, on the terrace overlooking the lake.
