Via Veneto: introduction
Via Veneto was the symbol of 1960's Rome, place which was to become the icon of the "Dolce Vita" thanks to its numerous bars, restaurants and hotels, celebrated in the world famous film "La Dolce Vita" directed by Federico Fellini.
Via Veneto is further characterised by its ostentatious displays of luxury goods.
