Located right outside of Sorrento, Italy, the villa was long the noble residence of the D'Armiento family. The family undertook a long and meticulous restoration of their historic home, which today is an intimate villa on the Sorrento Peninsula.

A splendid Art Nouveau-style edifice, Villa D'Armiento has all the features of Sorrento's luxurious 19th century villas with guest rooms featuring all the most modern of comforts.
The villa's authentic old world glamour, with its period furniture and artwork combined with traditionally colorful majolica tiles in the bathrooms, is updated with luxury amenities including wifi, flat screen tvs, latex mattresses, air conditioning, and a well stocked mini bar.

The Terrace Room has the smallest indoor space of Villa dei D'Armiento's rooms, but the huge 100 square meters of private terrace is perfect for guests who prefer to relax outdoors under the Mediterranean skies.

Garden or Beach?

If there is a place which captures the essence of Villa dei D'Armiento better than any other it has to be the property's gorgeous 440 sqm subtropical garden: abundant in palm trees, cactus, camellias and, of course, Sorrento's legendary lemon trees.
Here, amidst the colors and scents of the garden, there is a swimming pool and sun deck where guests can while away the time of day, enjoying peaceful hours dedicated to total relaxation while enjoying a snack or drink poolside.

For sea lovers, the beach of Sant'Agnello is a mere 50 meters away from the villa.

In the morning, the generous buffet of sweet and savory delicacies fills the light-filled breakfast room overlooking the garden with the perfumes typical of the Sorrentine Peninsula.
During the day, a variety of tasty snacks are served by the pool or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples, where guests often linger until evening falls: the perfect time to partake in a sunset aperitif.
